2. No fee from borrowers

3. No guarantee
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a loan, a particular amount, rate or timeline. Rates shown on the website are indicative market information compiled from public sources and may differ from the offer you receive. The lender's sanction letter, Key Fact Statement and loan agreement are final.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are 18 or older, that information and documents you give are true, complete and your own (or you are authorised to share them), and that you will not use the site for fraud or unlawful purposes. Providing false information may lead to rejection and legal action by lenders.
5. Communication
By submitting a form with consent, you authorise Money World and the Partners you agree to, to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your enquiry, even if you are registered on the DND/NCPR list. You can opt out anytime.
6. Partner program
Partners and sub-agents are bound by a separate written agreement. They may not collect any fee from borrowers, make promises on Money World's behalf, or misuse customer data.
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, logos and text on this website belong to Money World or its licensors. Lender names and logos belong to their owners and are used only with permission or for factual reference.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Money World is not liable for any decision made by a lender or insurer, delays at their end, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹[10,000].
